Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have gone by since the delivery date stated by the tracking number for your purchase we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Used or damaged items are not eligible for return unless they were originally received as damaged. Defective items must be reported within 14 days of delivery.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You, the buyer, are responsible for the shipping fee for the return. To help ensure your return is received a courier service with package tracking is highly recommended.

Mail fraud is illegal and will be reported to the applicable law enforcement authorities.
